Our mission is to provide you with the freshest and highest grade coffee possible.
How do we do it? We work directly with a local roaster who only uses the top 5% of Arabica beans grown above 3,000 feet. This insures quality. As for freshness, we do not roast the coffee until you order it. For example, you place your order on Monday. They roast on Tuesday and we ship it on Wednesday. Now, that's fresh unlike the store brands that sit in a box, then a truck, then a warehouse, then the store shelf, all the while loosing that great fresh coffee flavor. Our coffee is barley cooled by the time you receive it.
Like fresh fish or vegetables, you can't beat the taste of freshly roasted coffee.
