The only exception would be in cooperating with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activities. In this case, not only is that the law, but it helps ensure your online shopping safety. Your email address is not shared, and we may occasionally email you information regarding store specials or info about new coffees and teas.

Shipping
Once an order is placed, it will ship after four business days as our coffee is roasted specifically for you. You have the ability to choose from FedEx, UPS, and United States Mail. Prices are outlined in the shopping cart.
Return Policy
At this time we cannot accept returns on shipped coffees or teas. We do guarantee that your coffee will arrive fresh, as it's roasted especially for you before it is shipped. Our teas, as well as coffees are of the highest quality available. So we know that the product that is shipped to you will be of high quality and freshness. If you need to return a non-food item, you need to contact us for instructions and authorization.
Refund Policy
At this time, we cannot issue refunds on shipped coffees or teas. We are able to refund purchases on non-food items. No credit will be issued without return authorization, receipt of the product, and final inspection. A 15% restocking fee will be added on all non-food items that are returned.
